- 2 TB coconut oil (softened in microwave)
- ½ cup ORIGINAL Citrus

- ¼ cup applesauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1-1/2 cup uncooked oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup dark choc chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together oil, applesauce, sugar, egg, vanilla, salt. Beat well. Mix together baking soda, baking powder, oats, flour. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes or until slightly brown.
