Healthy Original Citrus Ginseng Chocolate Mousse
A dairy-free, light dessert with a refreshing citrus-chocolate twist — and it takes just minutes to prepare!

Ingredients

½ cup dark chocolate chips

1 (12.3 oz) package soft silken tofu

¼ cup SMARTfx ORIGINAL Citrus Ginseng

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp agave nectar, maple syrup, or honey (if not vegan)

Zest from 1 whole Orange (an excellent source of vitamin C and high in flavonoids*)

Optional: Chocolate or chocolate-Orange bar (for decorative shavings)
Instructions

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted.

In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu and SMARTfx ORIGINAL Citrus Ginseng. Blend until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, sweetener of choice, and Orange zest. Blend until the mixture is creamy and fully combined.

Pour into individual serving dishes or ramekins.

Use a cheese grater to shave a bit of chocolate or chocolate-Orange bar over the top (optional).

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
